The Nike Air Max 90 will add about 3 cm of height to you, similar to the Air Force 1. If you are looking for sneakers that will add more height, the Air Max 95 will add 3.4cm, while the Air Max 270 will add 3.2 cm. 

What is the Air Max inspired by?  

Nike silhouettes are known for their innovation and unique inspiration – the first Nike sneaker was inspired from a waffle iron after all! The Air Max was created by Tinker Hatfield after visiting the Centre Pompidou in Paris. The building’s exposed structure sparked in him a sneaker that similarly opened the window to its structure.
